Sharing a Success Story!

The Chocolate and Art Show proved to be successful for only my second art showing in Los Angeles.
My two pieces that I created were bought by famous fashion designer Louis Verdad - I was honored and excited by this - because I am slowly building my art and showcasing it in Los Angeles.

The Casa Cultural also proved to be successful and I was able to meet an author that is interested in my father's work in which I am currently apprenticing - the author is with a publishing company that produces audio and print books on the metaphysical in Spanish. It is right up my father's work as a curandero.
It truly was an exciting weekend.

We also have our next wedding with Day of the Dead theme - we had just finished one for San Diego - and we have another one for Saint Louis - it is getting very exciting on that front.

I am designing a few logos for two very important projects that have been on the back burner for years - feeling stronger and happier and passionate of the direction life is going now.

Check back in soon for updates  :)

Raising Funds via Kickstarter

Yes folks, this project in on the burner - it is starting to get little bubbles and buzz. It is building momentum and we have backers and we have growing support.

It is a cookie kit that you can make your own sugar skull cookies and then decorate them however you wish!

Our project is also a staff pick on the Kickstarter website under the food section.
Excitement is growing and appreciation is greatly appreciated.
It sure is very humbling. Spread the love mis amigos!

End of 2012 -- Hello 2013

Hello Amigos!
Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and I hope you are looking forward to the New Year.

Thank you all for visiting and taking a look at our website. I am truly blessed this year in more ways than I can even write. I wanted to take this moment to meditate on all the opportunities and great gifts I have received because of this blog, new friendships, artistic development, and pushing myself to get out there and be part of my community. This year brought us an abundance of knowledge and experience.

Next year is bringing a new era of hope and dreams - I am in the process of trying to raise funds to make our sugar skulls more marketable by getting them FDA approved nutritional listing labels and scannable barcodes. I'm also working on a creating a private label of special treats. I am am working very hard on trying to make it happen this coming year (as a matter of fact in the next 3 month I need to have all the ground work done and complete).  That is why I'm posting different opportunities that you can contact me with like offering wholesale fashion jewelry. We will have a party if I pull this off -- and that is a promise!

Sending lots of positive vibes and may you all have abundance of health, wealth and happiness.

Gracias!
